THE PROCCESS

For Every Inspection

Our inspector will come out to check out the home and ensure there are no potential problems. We encourage our clients to visit the inspection to learn more about their new homes.

The insurance inspections are also performed on the same day as the general home inspection, saving you time and money.

We will then take you through your home and look at potential issues related to wiring, moisture, any infestations, and so on, and we will be right there in case you need to ask any specific questions about the conditions of the home.

After your home inspection, we will email a written home inspection report detailing all of our findings. The home inspection report will have photos and descriptions of the different components of the home. All of the visuals ensure you can get repair estimates much more efficiently.
