At what point in the real state transaction should i schedule a home inspection?

Typically, a home inspection is arranged once an offer on a house has been put forward and accepted, yet before the final sale is completed. This timing allows the inspector to identify any significant issues that might pose safety risks or require expensive repairs. On occasion, due to scheduling conflicts or specific terms in the contract, the inspection might need to take place after the sale has been finalized. In such instances, it's crucial for the buyer to organize the inspection as soon as possible following the closing date.

It's advisable for you to be present during the inspection. Accompanying an inspector throughout the house can be highly educational.
